New Content on Web Models Index

As I’m sure some of you have noticed, two websites added to Web Models Index does not have it’s galleries listed by models. They are AmourAngels and ShowyBeauty. The reason why I threw all the galleries into one section was because the naming of the models was… complicated. There are a lot of models with the same name, so there was no way to sort them via script. I would have to go in manually and see which model was which. A total pain, and opted not to do it. Throwing them all into one section seemed like the easiest thing to do. My question for you guys is this, does it matter? You still get to see the preview galleries, you just don’t know which model is which unless you visit their official site and look for them. But does it bother you that it was done this way?

The reason why I ask is because there are thousands of websites out there that have teen models, and most of them don’t sort galleries by model names. I tried to keep it sorted for you, but since the majority of sites don’t do it, it made my job all that more difficult. It would be easier if the affiliate websites did the sorting for me, which some actually do (basically, most sites on Web Models Index), but there are a lot of sites I did not add just because they could not be sorted. If you guys don’t mind me adding website galleries that are unsorted then I could literally add hundreds more. They would be listed just like AmourAngels and ShowyBeauty are.

Let me know what you guys think. This site is for you all, so if you don’t tell me what you want, I can’t give it to you.

9ish Hours Left For Monthly Contest

I’ll be randomly choosing a winner later tonight when I write the blog review for Ella’s new set (273), so deadline is 9pm PST. Which is 8 hours, 55 minutes from the time I wrote this sentence.

Entering in the contest is easy. Simply click here and donate to the site. Each dollar you donate gives you one entry into the contest. So if you donate $10, that’s ten entries. At 9pm PST, I’ll use a random number generator to pick a number based on the total number of entries. Easy. In the blog review tonight, I’ll post the winner. If we go over our goal of $400, I’ll pick two winners. Even if it’s just $1 more, I’ll still pick two winners.

The winner (or winners) will receive a 1 month membership to a site of their choice. Normally I say that the site has to be one listed on Web Models Index. Instead, it can be any site (as long as it is legal in the United States, and the membership fee is less than $45).

We’ve had two new donations since the last Ella set. One was from Mike M. for $10, and one from Richard W. for $20. Putting us up to $213 with $187 left to go.

Keyboard Navigation Added

I added in some simple keyboard navigation to the site. Right now it’s enabled for everyone (assuming you have javascript enabled). How it works is rather simple. Anywhere you see a “Previous” and “Next” link, you can use your left and right arrow keys. So when viewing images, you can scroll up and down the page with the up and down keys (incase the image you’re viewing doesn’t fit on the screen), and you can use the left and right keys to view the previous and next images.

I also added in some previous and next links to the images pages per request.

Update:

I swear this shit was working before I uploaded it. Let me track down the bug.

I also want to point out that you can click the actual big image on the images pages to go to the next image. If you’re on the last image, it will just take you back to that gallery.

Update 2:

Found the problem. Didn’t upload the hoykey file. Silly me. Should be working fine now.

Updates Page Changes

The updates page is pretty popular. This is the third time I’ve made changes to it. The latest changes were based on suggestions made by an unknown source. Whoever you are, thanks :P

  • When going to the updates page, the latest update will auto expand. If it’s not doing it for you, that just means that the file that handles the javascript part of that is cached. Refreshing the the page a few times or clearing your cache should fix it.
  • New galleries added that are just a single gallery will take you to that gallery now, instead of the model’s gallery list. (Example: new Fame-Girls galleries).
  • Multiple galleries added for a single model that start at Gallery 1 will take you to the models main gallery list. (Example: New model that had 50 galleries added listed as Galleries 1 – 50)
  • Multiple galleries added for a single model that start at any gallery other than 1 will take you to the corresponding page that the gallery starts at, and scroll down the page to where that gallery is listed. (Example: Updated model that had 50 galleries added listed as 55 – 105)

Remember people, this site is made for you. If there is a feature you would like added that helps you navigate the site, just let me know. If it’s doable, I’ll look into adding it.

Coming Soon

For the first time ever, someone actually used the “Suggest a Feature” to actually suggest a feature and not use it to ask for underage models. The suggestions were actually pretty good, so I’m going to try and implement them. Here they are:

1. Have the updates page go to the correct location.

Basically, if you look at the updates page for yesterdays updates, there is a single new gallery for Ella (Set 266). If you click the image, it will take you to Ella’s galleries, but you would be linked to the start of her gallery list (Set 1). Or if you go further back on the updates page to February 8th, you would see 3 new updates for May. Those 3 new updates are on the second page of her gallery list, but the link takes you to the first page.

I’m going to change it so that when you click on a models updates, it will take you to the correct page that the updates are on, and scroll down the page to the first of the new galleries using A names. Also, if there is a single update for a model (like with Fame-Girls), I’ll have it take you directly to the gallery.

2. Keyboard shortcuts for galleries.

I have basic knowledge of jQuery, so this shouldn’t be too hard to add. Basically what it does is when you’re viewing a gallery, you can use your keyboards arrow keys to navigate the galleries. Left and Right arrow keys will scroll through images in a gallery, Up and Down arrow keys will scroll through different galleries.

I’m sure some of you use your arrow keys right now to scroll up and down a page, so instead of making it so that everyone uses this new feature, I’ll have a “fap mode”. Enabling it enables the navigation, not using it is basically like the way you view the galleries now.

3. Auto Expand latest update

This is just pure laziness (lol), but what the hell. I’ll make it so that when you go to the updates page, the latest entry auto expands.

I want to thank the person who suggested these 3 features. Mainly because you used the Suggest a Feature for the proper reasons, but also because it’s nice to get user feedback on how I can improve the site for all of you.

I’m glad I can actually get back to working on the site. Having a busted work computer is not fun. I went out this morning before the store opened (Fry’s) just to make sure I could pick up the new 1200w power supply right when the store opened. It installed fine, and I’m back in business.

I also want to thank Todd for his donation towards that new power supply. Thanks man :)

Changes coming to some sites on Web Models Index

It would seem that the PanchoDog website family has consolidated most (if not all) of their websites into one enormous website, 18Magazine. You had access to all of their sites when you joined one before (82 total websites for the price of 1), but now instead of going to all those different URL’s, you have access to all the galleries on one site. Some of the websites I’m sure most of you have heard of. Websites such as ArielRebel, AndiPink, KristinaFey, KatieFey, and MashaStar, just to name a few.

I know what you guys are thinking. You think (like with most sites) that when content gets moved from one site to another, they start to release it again as if it’s new. Not true with this site. For example, AndiPink.com has 568 galleries. 18Magazine has those same 568 galleries. KatieFey.com has 634 galleries. 18Magazine? Yep, the same 634 galleries.

The reason why I am telling you all this is because some of the older websites have defunct domains. So instead of giving these models their own website listing on Web Models Index, I’m going to move them into the 18Magazine listing instead.

Suggest A Model and Feature

Updates Page Changes (Again!)

Sadly, I didn’t get a single comment on how the updates page should be changed around to not use up so much bandwidth. So I took the matters into my own hands and changed it the way I thought would work.

This time, it will show each model that has been added or updated, how many galleries added for said model, and whether or not the website associated with that model is new or not. It tells you which galleries are new (number range), but it’s up to you to go to those pages and see the new ones. This way might be a bit more work on your end, but it saved a hell of a lot of space.

Fame-Girls Ella Set 265

Fame-Girls Ella Set 265

Ella looks amazing in this set, and super fucking sexy through out the whole entire thing. However, it’s a tad bit on the tame side.

At first I thought this set was going to be an older one, until near the end (image 92) when she exposed a full nipple. There were a couple partials up until this point, which we’ve had from her in the past before she started showing them purposefully. However, I believe this set was done around the time when she first showing her tits on purpose. Which means, we don’t get to see both at the same time, and her shirt itself never actually came off.

At image 66 she started to shred her tights. She didn’t spend much time doing it, and only 7 images showed her tugging on them. After that, she didn’t do much else with them and they were never removed. Actually, no piece of clothing in this set was actually removed. Later on in the set, she shredded her tights some more, but like I said, they stayed on.

Near the end, she pulled her panties down in the back, but they didn’t give as a good shot of her ass when she did so.

Overall, like I said, a bit on the tamer side. But I stand by what I said earlier; she looked sexy as hell in this set. She has her poses and facial expressions down perfectly.

As of right now, all of the updates listed on the Web Models Index updates page is causing the page to be about 500k in size. That’s pretty damn big for a single web page. If anyone has any suggestions on how I can display updates without making the page so huge, I’d be glad to hear it in the comments.

Top 10 Page Now Available

As the title says, the Top 10 page on Web Models Index is now available.

Simple to use. First, select a category (Most Viewed, Highest Rated, Most votes), but since only Most Viewed is available, just ignore it. Next, choose a type of Website, Model, Gallery or Image. And last, choose a date range. It’s that simple.

Took me all day to code this pretty much (took some breaks here and there), so if you find any errors, just reply to this blog post.

Please Note: Javascript must be enabled to view the page properly. You don’t need to disable AdBlock, just need javascript enabled is all.
